Representative in Chile of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB)

María Florencia holds a J.D. from the Universidad Nacional del Litoral, in Argentina, and an LL.M. from the University of Chicago Law School, was a Fulbright Scholar, and is admitted to the bar in Buenos Aires and New York.

She has worked in various capacities at the IDBG for over 21 years, first in the Legal Department and then on the operations side of the organization.

Florencia was an Operations Principal Specialist in the Capital Markets and Financial Institutions Division of the Institutions for Development Department. Is the General Manager of the Southern Cone Department (CSC) of the Inter-American Development Bank as of June 16, 2021
