Javier has held financial leadership positions for AES’s businesses in Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean, and South America. In recent years, he has led the general management of Chile Renovables, where he promoted the incorporation of strategic partners to drive the company’s renewable growth, participating in the leadership of the energy transition process.

AES Andes generates and sells energy in Chile, Colombia, and Argentina. The company operates 5,657 MW in South America, along with a broad portfolio of renewable energy projects under development.
