Chairman, ACN Capital

He is a Business Engineer with a Master’s Degree in International Business from UGM, Coral Gables, MIT among other universities. He has been linked to Corporate Finance, M&A and Transactions for more than 30 years. He is currently Founding Partner and Chairman of ACN Capital and the regulated Fund Manager ACN Ventures, which manages Venture Capital funds and is focused on developing the 1st Magallanes Fund to support entrepreneurship and companies in said region.

He is also Director of the Santiago Stock Exchange since 2017, as well as director of various companies in Chile and abroad, including Geneva Capital Group, a Swiss-based firm that encompasses more than 100 global M&A firms.
